Tell me about BootCamp!

Classes are held at Willow Glen United Methodist Church on 1420 Newport Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. We have bathrooms, air conditioning and water fountains and music. Class is a mix of indoors and outdoors (depending on weather and workout of the day)

We have BootCamp class (one hour long)  on Tuesday/Thursday at
5:30am- In person
6:45am- In person
8:00am- Online on zoom & YouTube
9:15am- In person

We have Fast Fitness (30 minutes long) on Monday/Wednesday at
9:00am
Monday/Friday at
6:30am

You'll have access to lots of great equipment like
Free weights
Bosu Balls
Ropes
Ladders
Medicine Balls
Kettle Bells
Bands
and much more!

We ask that you bring your own  water bottle to class each time.

Is BootCamp for me?


BootCamp is for anyone willing to work hard, gain strength and build community. We have people from 18-70 years old from all different athletic abilities. We have people who have been working out for dozens of years and people brand new to exercise and a bunch of people in-between.  We have people with completely able bodies and lots of differing abilities and we find a way to challenge each level of fitness. We have male and female boot campers, people who work out of the house or work in the home, people with kids and people without. There isn't a "type" of person who is right for BootCamp because we will make it a place where you can belong and get healthy. 

Every class session is different and can be customized to your needs. A BootCamp workout is a combination of cardio and strength building, using different formats each class. Some examples of class formats- Tabata, HIIT, Stations and sprints and more. We often focus on a full body workout but there will be days that are more core, lower body, upper body specific. You'll never do the same workout twice in our session and people you meet and attend class with you are welcoming, warm and encouraging. Class is challenging enough for those who have a consistent workout routine and welcoming and customizable for those just beginning in their fitness journey. 

Personal  Training!

In the last two years I've begun personal training for those who don't want to attend group classes, have more specific goals for their fitness journey, need different timing or have injuries that precent them high impact training.  Join me at a reoccurring time best for your schedule either at a park, a track, your home or the church. 

30 minute sessions- 
$40 once a week or twice a week for $70
45 minute sessions- $60 once a week or twice a week for $100
60 minute sessions- $80 once a week or twice a week for $140

If you want to do training with a friend we can do a discount for the duo!
