 For the last 13 years Lisa Jacobs has been leading BootCamp classes at WGUMC for hundreds of people throughout San Jose. She'd love if you joined us!

Tell me about BootCamp!

Classes are held at Willow Glen United Methodist Church on 1420 Newport Ave, San Jose, CA 95125. We have bathrooms, air conditioning and water fountains and music. Class is a mix of indoors and outdoors (depending on weather and workout of the day)

We have BootCamp class (one hour long)  on Tuesday/Thursday at
5:30am- In person
6:45am- In person
8:00am- Online on zoom & YouTube
9:15am- In person

We have Fast Fitness (30 minutes long) on Monday/Wednesday at
9:00am
Monday/Friday at

6:30am

You'll have access to lots of great equipment like
Free weights
Bosu Balls
Ropes
Ladders
Medicine Balls
Kettle Bells
Bands
and much more!

We ask that you bring your own  water bottle to class each time.

Personal  Training!

In the last two years I've begun personal training for those who don't want to attend group classes, have more specific goals for their fitness journey, need different timing or have injuries that precent them high impact training.  Join me at a reoccurring time best for your schedule either at a park, a track, your home or the church. 

30 minute sessions- 
$40 once a week or twice a week for $70

45 minute sessions- $60 once a week or twice a week for $100
60 minute sessions- $80 once a week or twice a week for $140

If you want to do training with a friend we can do a discount for the duo!
